Power Walking

Power walking/race walking is substantially different from  regular walks as it is a cardio workout. It is an aerobic activity that uses the whole body, not just the legs.

Clothing to wear would be like running clothes but a little extra as we may be standing around at times. I highly recommend bringing a water bottle. In a water bottle belt is best as we do use our arms to power our walk.
